This is the personal-data processing policy required by Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations (Decree 1377 of 2013, now compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015). It also complies with the online privacy laws of California (CalOPPA) and Delaware (DOPPA).

It applies to the data we collect on nexuscreatorlabs.com, mainly through the contact form, and to emails you send to @nexuscreatorlabs.com addresses. Yomi, Fulgur and Tueri have their own privacy policies, published on their sites.

When you use the contact form: reason, product (if you choose Partnerships or Support), name, email, company (if you provide it), message, site language, and the date, time and policy version you accepted.

When you browse: the server receives your IP address and the technical data your browser sends. We use them only for security and to limit abusive submissions; we don't build profiles with them.

We don't ask for sensitive data (health, ethnic origin, political or religious views, biometric data). Please don't include it in your messages.

• To answer your message and follow up on that conversation.
• To send you a copy of what you wrote (acknowledgment).
• To route your message to the right team by reason: investment, partnerships and clients, press or careers.
• To protect the site against abuse and fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations and requests from authorities.

We don't send advertising, we don't sell your data and we don't use it to make automated decisions about you.

We process contact-form data with your prior, express and informed consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending. We keep proof of that consent (date, time and policy version) with your message. You can withdraw it at any time, as explained in section 11.

Only with those who need it for the purposes above:

• Providers acting as data processors under our instructions: Resend, Inc. (email delivery), the site's hosting provider and our mailbox provider.
• The team of the product your message is about (Yomi, Fulgur or Tueri), which is part of Nexus Creator Labs, LLC.
• Authorities, when a law or court order requires it.

We don't sell, rent or trade personal data with third parties.

Our providers process data in the United States. The United States is on the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce's list of countries with an adequate level of protection (External Circular 005 of 2017). In addition, by accepting this policy you expressly authorize that transfer, under Article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012.

We keep each message and its data for 12 months from the last communication in that conversation. Then we delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it or we need it to handle a claim. Technical browsing data is not stored.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our mailboxes and providers with recognized security measures. No system is infallible; if an incident affects your data, we'll notify you and report it to the authority when the law requires.

As the data subject you have the right to:

• access, update and correct your data;
• request proof of the consent you gave us;
• know, upon request, how we have used it;
• file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce;
• withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data;
• access your personal data free of charge.

Write to [email protected] with the subject "My data". Requests are handled by the privacy team of Nexus Creator Labs, LLC. Include your name, the email you wrote from and what you need; if necessary, we'll ask you to verify your identity.

• Inquiries: we reply within 10 business days of receipt. If we can't, we'll tell you why and reply within 5 more business days.
• Claims (correction, update, deletion or withdrawal): we reply within 15 business days from the day after receipt, extendable by up to 8 more business days with notice. If information is missing, we'll ask for it within 5 days; if we don't receive it within 2 months, we'll consider the claim withdrawn.

You may file a complaint with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce after completing this process with us (Article 16 of Law 1581 of 2012).

The categories of data we collect and who we share them with are in sections 3 and 6. You can review or correct your data as described in section 11.

We don't track visitors across third-party sites and we don't allow third parties to do so on this site. That's why the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. We don't sell or share personal data for targeted advertising.

The site is intended for people 18 and older, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors. If a minor wrote to us, their legal guardian can ask us to delete the data and we will.

This policy is effective from the date shown above. The contacts database remains in force while Nexus Creator Labs, LLC carries out the purposes described, and each record is kept for the period in section 8.

If we make a material change, we'll publish it on this page with a new version and date before applying it.
