The site presents the company and its products: Yomi, Fulgur, Tueri and Nexus. It is informational: no products or services are sold here and no accounts are created.

Each product has its own site, terms and privacy policy. What you do inside a product is governed by that product's documents, not by these.

Nothing we publish is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, interests or other instruments, nor financial, legal or tax advice. Information about each product's stage and markets is general and may change without notice. Any investment conversation is governed by the documents signed at that time.

You may browse, read and share links to the site for legitimate personal or professional purposes. You may not:

• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data, or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission;

• scrape content in a way that affects the site's operation;

Nexus Creator Labs, Yomi, Fulgur, Tueri, TueriMark and Nexus are trade names and brand identifiers of the company. You may not use, copy or modify them without our written permission, except to refer to us truthfully.

When you write to us, you allow us to read your message, forward it to the right team and reply. Unless we sign a confidentiality agreement, don't send confidential information or trade secrets. If you share unsolicited ideas or proposals, we have no obligation to use or compensate them. How we handle your personal data is explained in the Privacy policy.

The site links to our products' sites (yomi.food, fulgur.delivery and tueri.digital) and may link to third-party sites. Each site has its own rules. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Delaware. None of this takes away rights that the consumer-protection or personal-data laws of your country of residence make non-waivable.

We may update these terms. We'll publish the new version here with its effective date; changes apply from that date.
